Clearances and/or Acquired Footage/Stills/Materials Licenses

All artwork/photographs/props (including personal photographs, pictures, paintings, posters, sculptures, tattoos, etc.) that will appear in the project must be created specifically for the project by production personnel who have signed written work for hire agreements.  Otherwise, you must obtain and deliver copies of materials releases or licenses from the copyright owners of the materials, including materials rented from a prop house together with licenses (to correspond with the stock footage list pursuant Schedule A, Paragraph 4. c.) for any stock footage, clips or still photographs that have been licensed, and evidence of payment.

Or a signed Memo confirming that there is no unlicensed footage, stills, or artwork appearing in the Picture. Waiver of injunctive relief must be included in licenses/clearances.
